Welcome to the NIDA CTN Clinical Trials Report Website
The National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network, (CTN), established by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), has developed a comprehensive set of standardized Trial Progress Reports (TPR) to use as a management tool to effectively monitor trial progress in real-time. These reports track the progress of each protocol within the CTN from the date of first randomization to final closeout and publication of main results. The TPR summarizes data over multiple protocols and provides detailed trial-specific information. The content includes areas from all aspects of the clinical trials: enrollment, retention, QA and regulatory.
For ongoing studies, the TPR is updated regularly (daily to monthly, depending on the report). On a monthly basis, the TPR is archived to allow review by study leadership. These reports, which are in PDF format, are found under the "Trial Progress Reports" link under "Active Protocols". Reports on Completed Studies are also provided and can be viewed by clicking on "All CTN Protocols".
Ongoing studies also require additional reports to assist the investigative teams in managing day-to-day operations. Protocol-specific data status reports are provided under the respective study title under "Data Status Reports" from the "Active Protocols" link.
Access to the reports on the web site is restricted. If you need access, please contact the NIDA DSC 2 help desk by either sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (888) 337-7071.
